Could I have a Chloe and a Leo?

Or is it like a tongue twister/anagram-ish?

Hypothetical but thinking of trying for DC4 and love the name Leo but DC3 is Chloe.

Thoughts?

Not really. Bit too similar imo.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 28/05/2016 07:23

It's not ideal. Theo?

icklekid · 28/05/2016 07:23

I think it would be fine! Both lovely names

anastasiakrupnik · 28/05/2016 07:51

Don't see a problem. Cleo and Leo no, but quite easy to say 'Chloe and Leo'.

julfin · 28/05/2016 08:17

Two really lovely names and both on my List too!

I agree with PP that Cleo and Leo would sound silly, but Chloe and Leo are absolutely fine together.

barbecue · 28/05/2016 09:31

I think it's fine. Leo is a great name.

Whathaveilost · 28/05/2016 09:34

I would but there again I have a Jordan and a Morgan.
Some people are a bit Hmm about it.

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 28/05/2016 11:36

Yes I think it's fine.
I also know of a sibset Jordan (boy) and Morgan (girl), Whathave Grin.
I also know a brother and sister called Jodie and Joe. Seems a bit daft to me. What if Jodie suddenly decides she wants to be known as Jo

MyNewBearTotoro · 28/05/2016 13:23

I think they would be fine together. Written down they look sort of similar but said aloud they sound different enough, they don't rhyme or share any nicknames so I think go for it.

Leo is a lovely name :)

paddypants13 · 28/05/2016 14:45

Sounds fine to me op, go for it! x

strawberrypenguin · 28/05/2016 14:47

Seems ok to me - they sound completely different

LaurieLemons · 28/05/2016 14:53

I think they sound fine together, lovely names

RaeSkywalker · 28/05/2016 14:53

I think it's fine, they're great names.

DramaAlpaca · 28/05/2016 16:29

I think they go quite well together.

swancourt · 28/05/2016 22:15

Go for it! Had to click on this to figure out why it would be wrong :) - didn't even cross my mind.

CointreauVersial · 28/05/2016 22:17

Leo was the name DD2 would have been given if she'd been DS2. I love it, please use it, as I won't be! Will be fine with Chloe.

1horatio · 29/05/2016 08:15

It sounds fine to me :)

Bungathebrave · 29/05/2016 08:19

Sounds lovely to me!

cecinestpasunepipe · 29/05/2016 08:21

Both lovely names. But I might be a tiny bit biased (one of them was a boat, though). Seriously, I don't see any problem with the sound. Unless, of course DCs 1 and 2 are Theo and CleoGrin

BikeRunSki · 29/05/2016 08:22

Its fine, same letters but different sounds (I know a sibset Sam and Amy, which is similarly same but different).

ophiotaurus · 29/05/2016 08:50

I think it's fine too. Both nice names.

babyblabber · 29/05/2016 09:17

Great! Will keep it on my list so! Thanks all!

I did but Chloe was our dog Smile

mrsschu · 29/05/2016 14:02

Sounds fine! They're different sounding names so work fine together IMO.

TurquoiseMoon · 30/05/2016 12:35

Absolutely fine Smile
