Just discovered 'Surprised by Five' on Instagram... Basically a lady who has had quints, also has a couple of older kids.

Anyway, they're called Beatrix, Penelope, Tiffany, Allie....... And Keith!

I love it!

I thought fellow MN name lovers would like to know too, as Keith is usually ummed and aaahed about on the 'is it due a comeback?' threads!

Awful!

Bloody no!

Just no!

KoalaDownUnder · 11/05/2016 12:36

No.

No no no.

RiverTam · 11/05/2016 12:38

Hahahahaha!

No.

alltouchedout · 11/05/2016 12:38

I don't like it at all. However my mother's shit of a brother was called Keith so I associate the name very strongly with him. If he'd been called something else (if I got a time machin I'd go back and suggest to my nana that she just christen him Twatty McTwat) I'd probably not dislike the name Keith as much.

jellyjiggles · 11/05/2016 12:41

No

BendydickCuminsnatch · 11/05/2016 12:43

Haha all, fair play.

Aw I don't want this to be a mean thread! I reckon it's a family name and they were like 'fuck it, Keith senior was awesome so we're gonna use it'. I like that.

Not that I would call my own DC Keith... 😄

Little baby Keith is super adorable, of course. Aw.

Ha ha, I assumed you were considering Keith for your baby and came on to say the the quintuplets family had just named their boy Keith.

Not quite ready for a comeback IMO, but maybe a high(ish) profile baby Keith is just what the name needs Grin

KoalaDownUnder · 11/05/2016 12:44

Keith is on a par with Nigel and Trevor. Which is to say, beyond the pale.

KoalaDownUnder · 11/05/2016 12:44

Oh, I feel a bit mean now.

ManonCrempog · 11/05/2016 13:05

Keith is brilliant.

BeyondTellsEveryoneRealFacts · 11/05/2016 13:09

It rhymes with teeth.

maggiethemagpie · 11/05/2016 18:46

I met a Keith the other day and was thinknig it was a nice name! Def due a revival.

badg3r · 11/05/2016 19:27

I really don't like it! But I LOVE Heath. Weird.

derenstar · 11/05/2016 19:33

Keith is ace! As someone married to one, it's high time it made a come back. If John can, why not Keith, Nigel and Derrick?!

BendydickCuminsnatch · 11/05/2016 19:59

I do know a baby Desmond.

I like Heath too, how odd. Why is the K so offensive? Confused

They are antipodean, New Zealanders I think!

Eek Keith Confused ... I wonder if Kevin could come back too ..

Kittykatmacbill · 11/05/2016 20:50

I was just talking about this! Keith is a great name for a toddler, boy and man. But a baby not so much... There can be no more Keiths...

RhubarbAndMustard · 11/05/2016 20:58

I love Keith! Definitely due a revival along with Kenneth.

DramaAlpaca · 11/05/2016 21:09

I know a Keith aged 80 and another aged 20. Both are awesome.

I still wouldn't call one of mine Keith.

wtffgs · 11/05/2016 21:10

It's a fab name for a cat!

DeadAsADildo · 11/05/2016 21:13

I think it's just a normal name. Is that because I'm Scottish and old?

DurhamDurham · 11/05/2016 21:13

I've an uncle called Keith and he looks like an even creepier version of Michael Flatley........ Therefore all Keiths creep me out.

lovelyandnormal · 11/05/2016 21:16

It is the 'th' I don't like - 'keef'.
