42 names; 1 little boy - help!

You could squeeze 32 names on a form if you had very tiny writing....

Does looking up meanings help rule any in or out? E.g. Matthew, Jonathan, Nathaniel all mean 'gift' which I like. If Brodie turned out to mean 'warty cave-dweller' that might put you off! I'm sure it doesn't, but you get my drift.

I only like Daniel

I have to have four favourites as four of my sons are on your list: Samuel, Jacob, Alexander and Benjamin. Least favourite is Alfie. There are too many of them and it always reminds me of the goon off EastEnders. I also know a few dogs called Alfie...

Patrick and Johnny are now out! I think it's 29 names left now! he doesn't suit a name, like everyone told me he would, so that doesn't help!
