We like too many names, it's ridiculous. We seriously don't have a favourite...

I thought I'd turn it into a little game, that you can help with! Please tell me your favourite and least favourite, I'll then put those into separate piles; if someone then likes the opposite, it'll go back - it makes sense in my head! So, what's your favourite and least favourite (pick only 1).

Faves: Nathaniel (Nathan), Edward, William, Harry and James (Jimmy)...the latter is definitely overdue a comeback!
Dislikes: Riley, Kai, Dylan, Bailey, Brodie and Patrick.
I know Patrick is traditional, but I hate new-fangled names. Traditional names stand the test of time imo.

I can't vote again because my last stated favourite and least favourite are still there.

I think we might need new blood posters.

(Why isn't this in trending?!)

ANewLittleBoy · 01/05/2016 21:59

Isaac is gone

ANewLittleBoy · 01/05/2016 22:00

EleanorofProvence · 01/05/2016 22:00

Favourite is still Daniel and least favourite Benjamin (don't double count these OP, I'm just marking my place). I like pretty much all your names now (except Benjamin, although Ben is ok).

NickNacks · 01/05/2016 22:00

Fav James
Least Nathaniel

LadyAntonella · 01/05/2016 22:01

Oh no! I'm sad to see Isaac go.

New favourite: Benjamin
Least favourite: still Charlie

thumb3lina · 01/05/2016 22:01

DH says his favourite is now George as isaac is gone!

Somerville · 01/05/2016 22:01

If that's allowed, then my boyfriend votes favourite Nathaniel and least Daniel.

Disclaimer. He's heard these down the phone and has never named a child in his life.

LotsofDots · 01/05/2016 22:01

George
Isaac (based on the fact that several posters have spelt it incorrectly up thread and that would annoy me, if he were my boy!

Of the current list, though I actually don't mind any of those left.

MoggieMaeEverso · 01/05/2016 22:04

Favorite: Matthew
Least favorite: Daniel

I'm new blood.

MadrigalElectromotive · 01/05/2016 22:04

DH says:

F: William
LF: Oliver

MyBootsAreMuddy · 01/05/2016 22:05

Just asked my dh

Fave: Alexander (Edward close 2nd)
Least: Daniel and Nathanel as he doesn't like the sound of the ending.

TheWildRumpyPumpus · 01/05/2016 22:05

If you live in Sarf London don't go for a name with a 'th', as even if you are very particular about correct pronunciation at home, they'll be lumbered with 'Nafaniel' at nursery and school (even from the staff in my experience).

My current least favourite is Matthew. He's gorgeous btw! Looks like an Alexander to me.

LotsofDots · 01/05/2016 22:06

My DH says fav Edward least fav nathaniel

(I think he understood the task, but given that our boys list for currently 26 and a bit weeks DC3 is nonexistent I'm not sure he put a lot of thought into his answers!)
