42 names; 1 little boy - help!

We like too many names, it's ridiculous. We seriously don't have a favourite...

I thought I'd turn it into a little game, that you can help with! Please tell me your favourite and least favourite, I'll then put those into separate piles; if someone then likes the opposite, it'll go back - it makes sense in my head! So, what's your favourite and least favourite (pick only 1).

He won't be tall, bless him. I'm 5 ft 2; DH is 5 ft 5 but he'll have olive skin and brown hair (maybe blue eyes, as we both do) but of course, depends if he gets anything from the grandparents!

That's good Pamela Jacob is a lovely name but I just don't think Jake is in the same ball park. Whereas i don't think there is a shortening or version of Alexander that I don't like.

Well, DH has no interest and here's be with lots of names I like, it's the best way!

Jacob and Jake are certainly very different sounding...maybe you should be considering all the shortened versions too now. The only reason I wouldn't go with Louis is because I've heard people still pronounce it Lewis and I'd get peed off correcting them.

I guess Louis now my least favourite, although they are now all excellent names.

Least favourite: Henry (possible I associate it too much with Thomas the Tank Engine )

I have one of the non-little versions of Kieran since DH and I are both tall - he is 14 and 6 foot and still growing. He was as dark as could be then turned into a blond toddler! he's dark again now though but not as dark as DH or his brother - he always was/is a contrary wee shite :o

I'd call him Isaac Alexander, Noah Alexander or Benjamin James!

I have an Isaac and an Alexander so (obviously) I will vote for them.
