It's really nice, I know an Italian Alessia and I think it's an unusual name 😊

I worked with an Alessia (Italian) and she was lovely so it's a yes from me!

Hmmm I don't think Alessandra is a tongue twister. It trips off the tongue quite easily (easier than a lot of traditionally British names IMHO). I guess it depends on where you live (wouldn't be Blackpool by any chance)?

I love Caterina, Luisa and Elisa ( and the rest are nice too).
