I would just like some thoughts on this name - if it's awful, what about for the middle?

It's my eldest sisters middle name and i think its awful , don't know what my mother was thinking.

Went to school with a Joy, she permanently had a face like a slapped arse and was often ribbed for it.... Bit like calling someone Belle/Beau - they're in for a world of pain if they're not.....!

I actually like it but thought what if someone not full of joy had the name? I was thinking about putting it on our list but kept picturing a misery guts girl at work and imagining if that was her name, it would be hilarious.
It's a great name though, very nice but I hope she is a happy person if you pick it.
