I seriously adore it!

I know Leila is the original, but even I question the pronunciation Confused

I'd just rather go with Layla - I'd love some opinions?

Also, what are some good September names? I'd love one for the middle Smile

We use Laila.

Why is Layla a September name?

Anyhoo, somewhere around the end of Sept is micklemas - so Micky?

It's also the start of the Autumn term

SearchingForThatPerfectName · 22/04/2016 16:03

Layla isn't! Grin

I want a September name for the middle! Also, opinions on Layla!

Layla is gorgeous. September will only work if she's due or was conceived in September or even if you got married then

AuntieStella · 22/04/2016 16:41

How about the birthstone, Sapphire?

SearchingForThatPerfectName · 22/04/2016 16:48

She is due in September, which is why I want to find a name associated with it Smile

Layla Sapphire doesn't really flow Sad

How about Virginia for a Virgo baby!

Grumpyoldblonde · 22/04/2016 16:53

The September birth flower is Aster, never heard it as a name but rather like it as a middle name - I love the name Layla btw.

Sophronia · 22/04/2016 17:48

Layla Autumn
Layla Saffron
Layla Willow
Layla Juniper
Layla Marigold
Layla Sorrel

manicinsomniac · 22/04/2016 20:24

Layla is pretty. And I think it's now the most common spelling.

I actually think Layla Sapphire does flow well. Like idea of Layla Aster too or even just Layla September.

Love Saffron, Juniper, Sorrel, Robyn, Ebony, Ember, Clover, Persephone, Ivy, Rowan, Briony and Amber from other suggestions.

OP if you do go ahead with the name pls trust me when I tell you that In this part of the world I don't know anyone called Layla.
