We have a son - Noah.

We have a scan booked, for this afternoon (4:45 pm) so I'd love to get some opinions! We will then know the gender

Boys:
Charles
Elias

Girls:
Amelia
Emily
Georgia
Maisy
Penelope
Sierra
Tia

I like Louis, Matthew, Miles (charles if charlie)

Amelia, Emily, Maisy.

I dont like Lewis, Michael, or Penelope.

Matthew - love it!

I also think it fits best with Noah

I am sorry, I don't particularly like any of the girls' names

... although if I were to pick one, it would be Maisie (I prefer that spelling)

Penelope is lovely. I like nn Penny even more. Georgia is quite nice as well

Quite like - Maisy (prefer Maisie spelling) and Penelope nn Penny
Not keen - Sierra (Ford) and Tia

Noah is a classic name, I think from you list Emily is in a similar vein

I love Georgia. One of my favourite girl's names. Top of the list but DC were both boys.

I like Penelope, Amelia, Emily and Georgia - in that order. All good strong names that work well with Noah.
The others are too floaty for Noah, imo.

Penelope is beautiful.
Amelia is so pretty, but also very common.

Louis is gorgeous.
But I also like Elias and Charles.

Congratulations! Matthew is lovely from your boys' names. The girls' names aren't really my style, but if I had to pick I'd go for Amelia or Penelope.
