Just don't choose anything from a baby names website without checking here first - they're either made up or mean things in Welsh.

Eg I saw Cacwn on one - means bumblebee

The Welsh version of Fleur is spelled Fflur any way

I wouldn't go with Seren or Cariad - unless you would call your baby Star or Love in English!

Not sure if I've seen Heledd mentioned already on thread. I like Nia, Catrin, Sian, Megan, Ffion.

I think Seren is okay- there's looooads of them here.
Please check with a Welsh speaker before you name your girl- some names here aren't Welsh, are incorrectly spelled, or are very very odd.
I saw Artaith as a girl's name on an American baby name site- the Welsh word for torture!
