It's usually Dorothy (my middle name)

But there's always Doris
Or Ottilie, Clothide/Clothilda

Actually, thinking about it, I vaguely know a Danish lady whose name is Dorte which is Danish for Dorothy.

I know a Darcey who is known as Dotty. But mainly just by family so guess it's more of a nickname than a derivative.
