My DD1 is named Lucy.

Options for baby girl 2:

Chloe
Sophie
Zoe
Imogen
Alice
Grace

My favourite is Zoe but DH is swaying towards Sophie.

Any other name suggestions completely welcome!!

I know sisters called Alice and Lucy. As you have a Lucy - I'd avoid the same ending sound offered by Sophie, Chloe, Zoe and go with Alice, Grace, Imogen in that order.

I like Lucy with Alice best, then Zoe and Sophie.
