Ooh i love both these names. James has a family connection for me so I would personally lean towards that but i do love both. Grin

Love the name James but do not like Jamie

Prefer Charlie to Charles

HackerFucker22 · 15/02/2016 22:49

Surely it depends on the first name? Unless you mean baby will either be a Charles James or a James Charles?

Theresomethingaboutdairy · 15/02/2016 23:04

Prefer James overall but hate Jamie. I prefer Charles or Charlie to Jamie.

James
If using for a middle name are you planning on using the full name or the NN version? As middle names aren't usually shortened etc

BikeRunSki · 15/02/2016 23:25

Do you mean one as a first name and one as a middle name? If so, Charles first, in order to use Chas as an abbreviation. Love Chas.

CorBlimeyTrousers · 15/02/2016 23:29

We have James as a middle name (after my grandad - biased) and I love it. Not liking nick names doesn't matter for middle names as no one is going to use a nick name for that.

Sophronia · 16/02/2016 00:29

James

Yes, one for the middle and on for the first :)
