Hi, I have just managed to find how to post a new thread on here...

DD was born last night, she is nameless, not many ideas either! Big brother is Fletcher...

So unsure what to go for, nothing jumps out.

We like:

Willow
Jasmine
Harriet
Eleanor/Elinor
Louisa
Megan

That's it really, but nothing suits her, thanks x

I like Willow from your list. I'm also a fan of Cleo or Astrid if they're any good?

Pobspits · 10/02/2016 23:29

I absolutely love Harriet.

Other ideas - Phoebe, Jemima, Genevieve, Sylvie

LeLeFox · 10/02/2016 23:32

I was meant to include a photo, oops... Got one now.

I like Astrid, but not sure if it's too out there!

Phoebe I love, thanks! x

Not a fan of Willow or Jasmine. Too Buffy or bitchy girl at school IMO.
Phoebe - my nemesis so despise the name.

I love Astrid. If I have a DD that will be her name (unless I go with Beatrix).
Harriet is lovely. I like that too.
As for Louisa...go Louise. No reason other then it is my name Grin
Oh and congratulations!

cornishglos · 10/02/2016 23:54

I like Astrid and Megan. Congratulations!

elephantoverthehill · 10/02/2016 23:56

February? I always wanted to call a DD April, only nature doesn't work that way. Grin

Imogen. Avril. Stella. Tess

I prefer Yasmin but Jasmine is the one I would pick from your list.

LostPlatypus · 11/02/2016 02:09

Along the Eleanor/Louisa lines... Eloise?

Absolutelyfabulously · 11/02/2016 02:34

Tessa? Fletcher and Tess sound like a lovely sibset.

CheerfulYank · 11/02/2016 03:10

Aw, precious!

Love Harriet and Astrid.

I have a Margaret called Maggie, but I really like that it has so many nickname options: Maisie, Meg, Greta, etc :) I also liked Frances and Phoebe.

I'm in the US and here Fletcher is part of the surname for first name trend. I've seen a lot of little girls given unexpected surnames for first names recently, with the twist of a "girly nickname". So something like Campbell (called Cammie or Bell/a) or Madigan called Maddie. I've even heard of a Sullivan called Livvie!

LeLeFox · 11/02/2016 16:16

Thank you all, we have decided on the middle name being Grace

OP posts:
MamaMotherMummy · 11/02/2016 16:28

She looks like a Hazel to me

AnitaPooh · 11/02/2016 16:34

Darcy or Eloise?

Mouseinahole · 11/02/2016 16:42

Phoebe Grace sounds lovely
I like Rosamund (Rose of the World) with Rosie as nn and Grace as mn.
