Lynn or Lynne. I know both. Lyne looks like it should be pronounced Line. Lin is short for Lynette.

Depends what you mean by original. It's a Celtic name from "linn" meaning "pool" or "waterfall", and the most common spelling from this source is Lynn (also used in Scotland as a geographical word). Anything else is elaboration or from some other source.

I would spell it Lynne, or if using the Frenchified version Lin.

Lynn is fine as well, but never Line/Lyne.
