Using a famous persons name

Would you give your child a first/middle name combination that is the same first/last name of a famous who has only recently become well known and isn't likely to be known within a few years? Think along the lines of David Cameron as first/middle name. Not David Cameron though. The middle name is a family name. Both names are well known names so it's nothing unusual that people will think we used the name because of this famous person.

Is it Kim Kardashian Smith?

Or Beyonce Knowles Jones?

Or Jeremy Corbyn Bloggs?

How is the person famous?

I mean...film star, politician or serial killer?

For example our surname actually is smith. So despite liking the name William we couldn't have a will smith. Same with Maggie.

I met a child at camp who had the same first name and very similar surname to a singer who was very big in the late 90s early 00s. I doubt it meant much to her or her peers though.

James Arthur Surname? I'd have thought you'd be fine, especially since he'll just be James Surname mostly.

My son has a family middle name (Stanley) but I'd be very surprised if any of his friends even know his middle name.
