I would be going with a long middle name, with a consonant at the start.
Clemency, Maria, Serena, Natalia, Felicity, Ramona, Heather, Lauren, Mariella, Seraphina, Catherine, Beatrice, Penelope, Paloma, Rhiannon.

We like names like Olivia, Harper, Stella, Eva something along these lines that flows perfectly.

I hate being so fussy! Thank you so much for taking time to suggest. Other than Olivia nothing standing out.

We like Esme Belle, Esme Valentina but scared they are too OTT

I would go with a longer middle name. Do you have a family name you could use? With Esme, I prefer names like:

I wanted Victoria for our Esme's middle name as this is my middle name. OH didnt like it so we went with Alexa which is what he wanted to call her.

We love Rose and sway towards it but a friend said it was common and overused and it's out us off!!
