Boys names NOT in the top 100

Need desperate help finding a boys names for baby due in 5 weeks. We don't like common/popular names. All of my friends' boys names fit nicely into the Ollie, James, and Alfie categories, and I am just not into those trendy names at the moment. I want something completely unique, but still a "strong" name and not something I have to spell. Can someone please inspire with a strong yet uncommon boys name?

not

We have a Quentin. That's not too common but still well known (Quentin Blake and Tarantino are known by most).

There are lots of lovely classic names outside the top 100 imo!

I have an Arron, I might go see where that name is on the table (well, where Aaron is anyway).

Hmm, strong, uncommon, yet easy to spell! How about:

Conrad
Julius
Nicholas
Samson
Flint

Some great names on this thread. I really like

Angus, Quentin/Quinn, Orson, Julius, Jonathan/John, Calvin - all strong, solid classic names that aren't too common.

I have a John-Paul.

Did you see on the list 'Archimedes'. I wonder if his parents have high hopes for this one!

Stollenlover · 08/12/2015 15:25

Or he might just be another Archie...?

I have Tristan and Winston. I'm well pleased with our name choices :)
