Florence, Ava, does anyone have any other suggestions? I have a feeling this child will be DS's suggestion of Doorframe if I don't get my act together.

A woman at baby group near me has two sisters called Harriet and Martha.

Always thought that sounded sweet

All good names. None are leaping out though. There are a lot of names I like a lot. None that I think I love.

Nora?

My ds says sausage (as he wasn't allowed to use it for dd)

Doorframe is quite sweet. Could be dotty/Dorothy for a girl or ray/rame for a boy.
.
Or some more traditional options?

Every single name on my list has been suggested somewhere here. There are about 10 I like. I think because I loved DS's name I am wanting the same and I'm not sure I will get it!

And one stipulation I should have mentioned is that it can't be shortened. Having lived with a name that has many variations and been driven mad by random shortenings I can't do the same for my child!
