Girl - Jemima or Josslyn
Boy - Dorian or Jolyon

StormBraver · 17/11/2015 23:09

I was going to call my daughter Summer, Aurora or Termah. I think I made Termah up! Grin

DeepBlueLake · 17/11/2015 23:13

I was going to have 3 daughters called Ella, Chloe and Indigo.

Plus a DS called Noah.

Only have Dses but neither are called Noah.

Agent160 · 18/11/2015 11:07

Girl - Crystal Confused

Boy - Rick or Todd

Classic, timeless name choices there!

Helenluvsrob · 18/11/2015 11:10

Naomi and Benedict.

Still think they are good names

LauraChant · 18/11/2015 11:48

Agent Crystal was on my list also, although I was toying with the spelling Krystle.

FrostyRose · 18/11/2015 12:05

I actually only had boy names!

  • Joe (a boy I fancied in Primary School)
  • Alex (the boy from Home Alone 3)
Grin
SuperScribbler · 18/11/2015 12:08

Shanna for a girl and Ruark for a boy - I had a thing for Kathleen Woodiwiss bodice rippers back in the mid-80s!

stopitcaroline · 18/11/2015 15:59

Michelle (after Michelle from Full House)
Lauren
Anna (still love this one)
Nicole
Stephanie
Lindsay
...basically any "cool girl" name from the 80s (excepting Anna). I'm in the US, btw.

I don't think I had any favorites for boys

GameOfGroans · 18/11/2015 16:04

Rhys Jonathan and Bryony Siobhan

CoffeeChocolateWine · 18/11/2015 20:57

I've always loved the name Luke and this was definitely going to be my son's name...until I married a man whose surname sounds riduculous with Luke Sad

For a girl, I loved Charmaine. Every Mummies and Daddies game I played when I was little I had a baby called Charmaine! Oh. Dear. God.

Jennifer and Rose for girls.
Ryan, Dylan and Aaron for boys.

As I got older I quite liked unique/made up names. As a teenager I probably would have gone for something like Moonshine-Sunbeam or something like that Grin.

I think I read that one of the blokes from East 17 had two daughters called Atlanta and Ocean. I thought that they were awesome names.

They couldn't be further from what I called my two girls (boring run of the mill names). I still quite like my childhood names though, if I had another girl I quite like Rosa. I don't think I'd go for Jennifer as it's a bit "of my time". One of my friends at school was called Jennifer and I think that is why I liked it.

InQuiteAPickle · 18/11/2015 21:08

Oh, I liked Joe too but not Joseph. I LOVE Joseph now although if we ever had a boy it wouldn't go with our surname Sad. No more babies for me anyway. Smile

NapoleonsNose · 18/11/2015 21:24

Girls - Laura after Little House in the Prairie or Alicia after a character in Malory Towers.

Boys - didn't bother with boys as I wasn't having one. All my dolls were girls with suitably girly names. Ended up with one of each though.

itsbetterthanabox · 18/11/2015 22:29

almapudden · 18/11/2015 22:30

Camandmina · 18/11/2015 23:13

Balthasar. And Gabriel.

. To celestialuna... I remember that... My nana gave me a doll pre named Nanette Angelique. (I think) and I had to register her. And she had a birth certificate etc. It was creepy. I took her home. Put her into new clothes. And put her into a box. And shoved her under the bed
For girls. Jordana. Francesca

waxweasel · 19/11/2015 14:55

CheeseatFourpence my actual DD is called DeeDee! We spell it differently though. It's a NN - her real name is Elodie. Just kind of evolved when the kids at nursery started calling her it, and it's stuck. I think it's cute Smile

NutCrackerSlacker · 19/11/2015 16:32

Charlene and Scott

Ramsey Street-tastic Grin

Sleepingtom · 20/11/2015 19:57

Elizabeth, David, Kylie and Jason. All good classics Wink

HainaultViaNewburyPark · 20/11/2015 20:07

Girl: Veronica or Jenadine
Boy: Byron or Jorey

dimdommilpot · 20/11/2015 21:30

A DD would be Jordan
A DS would be Mitchell

Shesinfashion · 20/11/2015 21:36

Ipushedmygrannyaffabus · 21/11/2015 01:23
