If you named your DC the names you loved most when you were a child, what would they be called?

Mine were recoils in horror

Boy- Chad/Guy
Girl- Bunny

David Martin - my brothers' two middle names

Charlotte - from Charlotte Web
Laura - from LIttle House on the Prairie
Sabrina - from Charlie's Angels (Sabrina the witch spoils that name)
Betty. - named after family friend (ahead of the granny chic trend)
Janet - as for Betty

Have two boys, neither have the name above, but that's only because I married someone with one of the names.

Didn't have any boys names (yuck!) but girls were Sally and Stephanie.

Catriona and Nigel

Emerald
Oskar, Ludwig or Jan (Yan)

Naomi and Samuel.

Not bad, really, although I haven't used them.

Rosie and Tom, and I still like them now!

God no...my poor son would've been called Tarquin! Although eldest has the same name as school crush!

For years a baby boy was going to be Kale.

I can't remember thinking about boys' names, but my girls would have been Lucinda, Jemima and Cecily.

I was a Beatrix Potter fan.

DD's middle name is actually Jemima.

Dominic and Abigail.

And I would still use them if DH wasn't such a spoilsport.

(I love our DDs' names.)

I had no boys name. DD would have been Elizabeth. As it is though she is named after my mum. Elizabeth was going to be DC3s name had he been a girl though. I will never be able to use it now.

Feel very smug because I was going to call my daughter after my grandmother and.... called my daughter after my grandmother.

Her sister was going to be called Anastasia (I was obsessed with the Romanoffs). Her sister is not called Anastasia.

I was quite keen on Richard for a boy and still like it (although DS is not called Richard). I may or may not have had a crush on a Richard in my class at the time...

Abigail and Aaron.

I was going to have triplets, called Giles, Miles, and Piles.

Strangely, I haven't used any of those names.

Another one here who never even considered having boys

So my three daughters were going to be called Jessica, Zoe and Chloe.

The name I have given my one real life daughter is nothing like those though.

Was also going to run a florist with a riding school attached at the back and have seven school horses named after the 7 dwarves and a couple of fancy warm bloods for myself called Snow White and handsome ...... Where did it all go wrong?

Lucy. I too didn't consider having a boy!

And I now have a Sophia and a Chloe!

And DS who, like others, I never imagined as a kid but thankfully got him anyway!

Emily and James when I was little. Then when I was about 10-12 and a big fan of neighbours I was going to have 2 girls and call them Charlene and Annalise. Didn't use any of them although DS4 has a neighbours name.

Martha & William. I still quite like these but didn't use them in real life.
