Joelle or Noelle?

Hi, I know I'm posting a lot, but I'm just trying to figure out that perfect name - I'm thinking Joelle or Noelle for a middle name, but which one??? It's for a girl, btw. Also, should I use Joëlle and Noëlle, with the dots? Thanks.

Joelle, is ok. Seems a bit safer. Bit more ordinary. Noelle is a bit different.

Definitely Noelle, without the dots.

Joelle is the name of a crappy hairdressers here, so that would put me off regional I know.
