DH and I are poles apart on names. We have come up with a mutually agreed list of names but neither of us really love any of them. They just all feel like a compromise. I've posted before about a couple of possibles but Nothing has stuck. One-syllable surname with the sound 'iss' in it which I reckon goes well with a first name which repeats that sound, eh Felicity, Alice, etc., so now I'm looking for names like that (clutching at straws).

So, can you think of any names which tick that box??

Should be at least two syllables long.

Any help much appreciated

You can register the baby without registering a name. You have up to a year to then register the name. It may be worth taking that option to have more time to come to an agreement on a name you'll both be happy with.
