Cassia or Kezia?
Or neither?

Our short list has turned into a long list - I nevr imagined choosing a name would be so difficult!

Kezia. Isn't that the name of the little Romany girl in Rumer Godden's The Diddakoi? Her nn was Kizzy.

turdfairynomore · 29/10/2015 20:33

I've taught a Keziah- nn Kizzy. I love it! Cassia is like Casio calculators? Or like cassis? Keziah or kezia would be my preference.

JanuaryJuniper · 29/10/2015 20:37

Cassia is lovely!

Mrsindecision · 29/10/2015 21:05

What about Kasia - pronounced
"Kash-er"?

Kezia or Keziah.

Bloomsberry · 29/10/2015 21:13

Kezia.

ashesandfire · 29/10/2015 22:32

I like both but I think there are pn issues with both?
Cass-ee-ah or Cash-ah
Kez-EYE-ah or KEZ-ee-ah

Vixxfacee · 29/10/2015 22:34

Cassia cassie ah

CakeRattleandRoll · 30/10/2015 09:22

I like both. Probably prefer Cassia, pronounced Cash-uh.

MitzyLeFrouf · 30/10/2015 11:31

I prefer Kasia.

MitzyLeFrouf · 30/10/2015 11:32

Or Cassia if it's pronounced Cash-uh. Cass-ee-a doesn't sound half as nice.

MrsCaecilius · 30/10/2015 12:22

Cassia. So pretty!

KateBeckett · 30/10/2015 12:36

I know a little Quessia and she is adorable.

I think I prefer Cassia from your list, but only if pronounced cass-ee-uh.

celtictoast · 30/10/2015 12:48

Cassia

celtictoast · 30/10/2015 12:48

Pronounced Cass-ee-a.

eatmytoes888 · 30/10/2015 20:03

Cassia easily. Love it. cass -ee-uh

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 30/10/2015 20:07

Kezia

scatterthenuns · 30/10/2015 20:23

Cassia. Cass is a fantastic nickname.

mathanxiety · 31/10/2015 03:12

Kezia. I would spell it Keziah and pronounce it KEE-zee-ah, not Kezz-eye-ah.

IoraRua · 31/10/2015 14:58

Cassia does remind me a bit of calculators.
So, Kezia!

Pixi2 · 31/10/2015 15:01

Kezia.

scarevola · 31/10/2015 15:07

Keziah

And I would pronounce it Kezz-eye-a (as that's how I've always heard it in Bible readings). Then you could go on to have a Jemima. Though Keren-Happuch never caught on so much.
