Reuben, Louis or Leo?

39 weeks and have a girls name picked however finding boys names really hard. We have one DS called Jacob already. We have short listed Reuben , Leo or Louis what do you think?

I love all those names, Reuben is my favourite. Leo always makes me think of Leo the lion, but that's not a bad thing, I like it. You can't go wrong with that shortlist.

Reuben. Nice name, and unusual at the moment.

Leo is fairly popular. Leon is more unusual.

Louis could end up confusing lew-iss and lew-ee

Leo is my fave by a mile. Popular though if that would bother you.
Reuben goes well with Jacob I think.
Don't like Louis. You might get pronunciation confusion, as WhyCant said.

Thanks everyone we were swaying slightly towards Reuben so that has pretty much confirmed it. I have only ever taught lovely Reubens too which helps. You can get put off so many names being a teacher!

Louis. (Assuming it would be pronounced lou-ee.)

Louis, fab name.

Reuben second choice.

Not keen on Leo at all.

What about Laurence?

I would go for Louis, but I would spell it Louie :)
Leo looks like it has been shortened (I do like it though) and I've never been a fan of Reuben, sorry!

Louis, spelt Louis but pronounced Lou ee

Thanks everyone still waiting for baby to arrive and still not entirely sure what we will call a boy but I appreciate all your opinions. By this time next week we will hopefully have a baby with a name!
