Nina or Jemima (g) Arthur or Theo (b)

I'd appreciate all views on our top two names for a girl and for a boy.

How do you imagine children with these names? Do you like the names?

Jemima and Theo if it is a NN for Theodore. Though I prefer Thaddeus.

I love Jemima. Nina is ok...Alexander is nice, but not so keen on Arthur. Really dislike Theo..

Theo all the way. Some posters have no taste . Really like Jemima too. Arthur is ok but dislike Nina. Reminds me of the noise a fire engine / ambulance makes.

The only one of your names I dislike is Theo but it's the name off your list I know the most of Actually I don't know a Nina or Jemima and only one Arthur but a few Theos.

The girl I knew at school called Jemima got called vagina by the other kids... But otoh kids will find any angle on any name

I love Nina and Theo - both really gorgeous names!
Surprised to see others disliking Theo on here, I would have thought it was more generally liked than that

Jemima reminds me of puddleduck..... I irrationally dislike this name as it is both posh and stodgy to my ears! Arthur is a bit stodgy too actually come to think of it but quite sweet with it. Just my opinion of course.
