Who agrees and what do we think of the name?
I'll admit I'm not completely averse to it Wink

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
NoArmaniNoPunani · 04/10/2015 11:27

Jesus no. I like him, but just no.

scatterthenuns · 04/10/2015 11:34

No.

I like Jem though, so would consider Jeremy. But then again, would probably go for James.

JasperDamerel · 04/10/2015 11:43

DS was born several years before the Labour leadership elections. I find the news quite distracting these days.

celtictoast · 04/10/2015 12:11

Another no.

I don't like most "in" sounding names for boys. Justin, Dustin, Robin, Quentin, Peregrine, Kevin, Martin, Crispin, Franklin, Colin. I do like Edwin though.

Corbyn I'd say is "too surnamey" Grin

celtictoast · 04/10/2015 12:12

Not keen on Jeremy either, though I do quite like Jeremiah and Jerome.

thatstoast · 04/10/2015 12:15

Corbyn Dallas multipass.

Years ago, when trying for dc/dc2
I liked corbijn. After Anton corbijn, the photographer.

It's a cute/quirky name, but I don't think I would name a child after a politician.

reuset · 04/10/2015 14:43

Funnily enough I wouldn't associate it with the politician, or think the parents were politically minded! There's a few similar sounding names to Corbyn, popular with some at the moment, and I'd lump it with those, personally.

reuset · 04/10/2015 14:44

I don't like it as a first name, just to add

RiverTam · 04/10/2015 14:49

No! Despite predictions to the contrary George dropped in popularity after the naming of Prince George so I very much doubt this will happen!

lemonade30 · 04/10/2015 15:29

Oh I don't think it'll go top ten. That would be silly.
Still I expect it to rank higher than either David or Gideon in the 2016 popularity list.

Incidentally, do people still name their children Cameron?

BettyTurpinsHotpot · 04/10/2015 15:43

It makes me think of Corbin Berenson from LA Law.

Sophronia · 04/10/2015 16:37

I know a Corbin and a Korbinian.

celtictoast · 04/10/2015 17:51

Kordashian?
