Am thinking waaaay ahead (good thing I'm not superstitious!) but what do you think of this? I think it's Welsh. Could be Mags for short?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

It's really ugly, sorry. What about Madlen or Madryn?

thatstoast · 24/09/2015 22:30

Just checked my welsh dictionary to see if there was anything for mag. The suggestions were bag (mutated form) or trap (magl).

I know a Tanwen and an Anwen. Both grand names.

Witch. Fairly hard to carry off.
Tanwen and Anwen are both nice.

Bronwyn would be a boys' name - the suffix 'sun' is masculine. Bronwen is a girls' name (and as lovely one).

Suffix 'wyn' - autocorrect!

I dislike it

Although I love Maggie - and would use Margaret as the given name

I know it's not the same at all but I have a friend called Maiwenn, which I love and may be up your street?
