Red itchy rashes

Just wondered if anyone could help or has anything similar to relate to.
I have been waking up with red itchy rashes over my body , mostly on my face and abdomen ..

Not sure but if you've googled and it doesn't appear to be a heat rash I'd go to gp.

I think red itchy rashes is a rather cruel name for a baby...
