Saskia or Annabel?

Which name do you prefer? We are considering these two names for our beautiful baby girl. (Sister to Hugo)

Saskia, it's more unusual.

Annabel is lovely, but I do like Saskia as well.

Saskia is gorgeous, much nicer and less common than Annabel imo

I reallly dislike the name Annabel - sounds a bit drippy to me. I know 3 little Annabels though so obviously others think differently! I think it's going to become quite popular.

I know lots of little Annabel's, Saskia is lovely...very sophisticated.

Annabel 'goes' better with Hugo, but I don't place much importance on that. Saskia is more uncommon, both names are fine. I prefer Annabel, the shortenings (e.g. Sassy or Kia) for Saskia I do not like

Have loved the name Saskia since I was at school with a girl called that. She was known as Saskie most often. She was cool and edgy even at 14! Also German hence the name.

Much better than Annabel - they are very different names I think.

I know a kick-ass Annabel who's a Major in the military and definitely isn't a drippy girl, and personally I prefer it to Saskia.

Saskia is so elegant. Annabel is a doll's name.

See, I know a Saskia who's a total bitch, so I hate the name! But I accept that this may be my own problem...
