Imogen or Abigail... Ellie May is overdone

susurration · 22/06/2015 14:59

Imogen is my favourite. Can be shortened to Immy if you want.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 22/06/2015 15:08

Eloise Josephine

Not just Ellie as you have the option of shortening to Ellie with Eloise anyway.

LauraChant · 22/06/2015 15:09

Eloise May is my favourite followed by Imogen May.

manicinsomniac · 22/06/2015 15:12

Abigail May is my favourite.

Also like Imogen May and Eloise Josephine

StrangeGlue · 22/06/2015 15:18

Eloise Josephine - beautiful!!

getbusyliving · 22/06/2015 15:24

Ellie has been done to death
Imogen I really dislike this name, but am in the minority as everyone seems to love it
Abigail will probably be Abbey
So I'd go for Eloise out of your options but I don't like the mn you picked to go with it. Also Eloise will end up another Ellie

seaoflove · 22/06/2015 15:48

May is SUCH an overused middle name (along with Rose and Grace) of be tempted to avoid it entirely.

MarieJeanne · 22/06/2015 15:51

Eloise Josephine

ashesandfire · 22/06/2015 16:14

Think i may have to disappoint family & choose my own middle name as i'm not sure on them either :( may has been passed down but my mum didnt use it with me so might just be selfish & pick my own.... although that could take a while to decide too haha
Thanks for all your input, it's really helping

Abigail May (although I'd prefer Abigail Josephine), or Eloise Josephine.

Peachyfacegurl · 22/06/2015 16:36

I like Abigail best out of your first name options and Josephine for a middle name- lovely

NadiaWadia · 22/06/2015 16:43

Eloise Josephine is lovely. May has a nice sound, but has been done to death in recent years. Imogen and Abigail are also lovely names.

Ellie sounds quite nicknamey and 'little girl-y' and has also been done to death. You could use the nickname 'Ellie' from Eloise anyway, as pp pointed out.

MamaLazarou · 22/06/2015 16:44

Eloise, definitely.

2Blessed0301 · 22/06/2015 16:46

Abigail May is Beautiful :) my fav

CakeRattleandRoll · 22/06/2015 16:50

Another vote for Abigail May (or Abigail Josephine, also lovely).

Zakken · 22/06/2015 17:00

Eloise, definitely. But not with May, which has become a default second name with the current generation.

LemonYellowSun · 22/06/2015 17:03

Eloise Josephine

beedeepullen · 22/06/2015 17:04

I think I have to 100% agree with getbusyliving

PallasCat · 22/06/2015 17:53

Eloise Josephine

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 22/06/2015 18:37

Eloise May

Meredithgraze · 22/06/2015 19:44

Love Eloise but anything with May,Mai,Mae is totally overdone these days. Ellie on its own is lovely.
