I only know 1 ethan I think it's a lovely name

I know fourEthans between the ages of 2 and 8

I know 3 primary age Ethans in one school.

It sounds unusual but I think it is fairly high on the statistics

There are two Ethans in my DC's medium sized mixed primary school

There was one Ethan in DS1s class in primary school (he's now 12). There are 2 in DS3s class (he's 6). It is quite a popular name where we are.

It was 14th in the last bunch of baby name stats.

It probably has just peaked, but it liable to be popular still for a while.

I know at least 5 under 4 years old. It is very popular round here

There's at least one per year at our primary school, but it's a lovely name so not surprising.

Popular here, I know of a toddler one, a newborn one and a primary age one.

DS was very nearly Ethan, it's now his middle name. It's a great name! It's fairly common around here though, I know two other Ethans aged 4 and 7.

I know 2, one is my DS (5) and one in my nursery class

Actually, I do believe that Ethan is a very common name, though if you were to spell it differently it would make it not so common. Here are some suggestions in case you decide to put it in your list.

It was nearly ds 1s name 7 years ago. But the midwife who saved his life, chose a different name from the list!
I knew one in the UK and one here.

I liked it after hearing it on Lost :)
