What are the meanings of both? I'd go with whichever meaning I preferred

Is Seb short for Sebastian or on it's own? I like Sebastian, Seb would be ok as a nn although it does make me of think sebaceous glands... Don't like Tate, sounds like a surname and I don't generally like surnames as first names.

Both sound a bit like 80s preppy boys names and quite try hard

MitzyLeFrouf · 12/05/2015 11:31

Tate

What other Options do you have? I like Seb but there are 3 in my dds class it's very common. Tate is a NO.

MitzyLeFrouf · 12/05/2015 11:37

Seb isn't even a name.

Love Seb, sadly DP hates it so I can't use it but much prefer it to Tate.

Sophronia · 12/05/2015 15:12

Sebastian nn Seb

Guin1 · 12/05/2015 15:26

Tate. (Although like Nate/Nathaniel even more.)

Thanks everyone sorry my phone was on the brink. The other options we have are Seth, James and Josh. We have decided against Tate but Seb still in the running.
