OK so how about this one? How would you pronounce?

I like O Tea lia but perhaps this isn't the case?

The usual name is Ottilia: Ott-eel-ee-ya.

It's a version of an old German name, Odilia www.behindthename.com/name/ottilie

Gorgeous name- definitely two t's. I think it looks prettier that way, more classic and easier for her future teachers etc. to guess how to pronounce her name!
