We know he's a boy, and we have a ds3 called Alfie (Alfred). We like classic, traditional names but nothing has jumped out at us yet!! Nothing beginning with P as our surname begins with it, and something that can be shortened to something sweet for baby and toddler, but strong for when he becomes a brain surgeon Grin. Any ideas????

I quite like it, but not really for a baby? Wanted something with the cuteness of Alfie for when he's really little, he will be premature, so small probably.

Teddy for when he is tiny then Ted when he is a little boy and Ed when he is a teen and adult.

What's the rush? Why not wait until you meet him?

Swifey · 18/04/2015 23:00

Because if we don't even have a shortlist he will be called baby and we don't want that! We loved the name Alfie from the start, and would love to feel like that again, and be totally sure! Smile

Keep in mind that even if he's premature he'll still only be a baby for 00.10% of his life. Better to give him a man's name.
