We have 4dc- 2dd and 2ds and are expecting again and have found out it's a girl, I really struggled naming dd2 and she was nameless until the day before our appointment at the registry office. I'm panicking already as find girls names so difficult and already have an Annabell Mia and Maddison Tilly and really love the name Tilly and would love to use it as dd3 first name but don't want her to grow up thinking I didn't care about her having her own name. Does it sound really inappropriate to even consider using Tilly or Matilda and Tilly as nn?

You could have Ottilia or Tilda nn Tilly?

I don't think I would, sorry! I do like the Ottillie suggestion :)

Natalie is another that can be shortened to Tilly (in case that helps!)
