Grace Phyllis Rose

Just after some feedback please. Phyllis and Rose are grandparents names that I would love to include as middle names. Do you think Grace is just too popular as a first name though? Just can't decide on a name for DD and it is now starting to drive me a little crazy...... In a fun way ;-) Thanks for all your help

That's a lovely name. The third name is my first name and I don't know of any others, although it had been overused as a middle name recently. However with the names you've chosen it still makes it sound older, in a good way! I'm only 22 and always get complimented on my name. I also love Violet and Isla

That is a beautiful name. I have a Grace and it isn't overly popular where we are as most people who use it tend to use it as a middle name.

Grace is a bold choice IMO. We know several - two are decidedly ungraceful feel rather sorry for dds plump stolid little friend her name rather rubs it in.

Can I ask your opinions on Phyllis as a middle name? My DH keeps screwing up his face and says Phyllis is just too old fashioned and not in a good way

I'm not keen on Phyllis tbh. Love Rose though.

Phyllis is a great mn! I wouldn't use it as a first name personally, but as a mn it makes the whole thing more interesting and characterful iyswim.

Rose is beautiful but would be a bit dull as the only mn. Both together are what makes the name work.

Tbh I don't like Phyllis but I think it's fine in the middle for family reasons.

Felicity sounds similar and is nicer if you're not that tied to Phyllis.

Thank you. I think the 3 names together make it feel really special. Phyllis (my gran) was a graceful, fun loving and beautiful lady.... Not the Phyllis with blue rinse hair on Corrie Grace being so popular is a bit of a concern for me but today, I am loving the name. Still 10 weeks to change my mind though
