Lexi definitely. Especially if you're thinking as nn for Alexandra and Patricia. I narrowly escaped being a Patricia and have always been thankful.

Patsy

Lexi is way overdone

bigfam · 04/04/2015 15:03

Not as nn. Would be full first names

Patsy... there are a lot of Lexis around although I do like both names ,, HOw about Nancy ?

Sophronia · 04/04/2015 15:06

Patsy

bigfam · 04/04/2015 15:07

She's already named, infant she's three lol. I just wanted to know which name people preferred, she was called one for a week then I changed my mind and I'm so glad I did. Her chosen name suits her to the ground

Patsy. And love Nancy.

manicinsomniac · 04/04/2015 15:09

Oh! That's a bit sneaky but sorry if I insulted your child's name by accident!

SoonToBeSix · 04/04/2015 15:09

Patsy not Lexi.

bigfam · 04/04/2015 15:13

Lol, it wasn't an insult manic. I don't like Patricia (now I have to apologise if I insult anyone) alexandra is ok. I literally meant between patsy and lexi
I'm just intrigued, to see which one people prefer Grin

Patsy.

Lexi is pretty awful and yes even here in Scotland there seem to be a rash of them lately.

bigfam · 04/04/2015 15:18

Her surname is page, if that makes any difference to people's opinions

OP posts:
RJnomore · 04/04/2015 15:21

Actually that might...I am not sure now! Lexi is not a name I like but it might work better with page...

bigfam · 04/04/2015 15:32

I'll keep it on the low (her actual name) so no one feels bad, although not one opinion has been horrible.

burgatroyd · 04/04/2015 16:28

I like Patsy

TheCowThatLaughs · 04/04/2015 16:36

Patsy

KenDoddsDadsDog · 04/04/2015 16:53

Patsy

BlueBananas · 04/04/2015 16:55

I would always say Patsy like "oooh Patsy!"
And Patsy Page just doesn't work atall - Lexi is infinitely better

AuntieStella · 04/04/2015 16:59

It depends where your connections are. I wouldn't use Patsy in N America (because of the dupe/scapegoat meaning) and perhaps beyond.

Lexie is OK.

Or Tricia?
