i know this is very previous as I am not even pregnant yet AFAIK. But as the baby will be having my surname. We have agreed that dp can nsmd the child whatever the gender.
The girls nsmd is picked no problems
However the boys name he wants is lovely but I lost a baby prior to having dd who would have had a brother on Her dads side with the same name. Now I've never the child. ( would be a man now)He could be serving me in tescos for all I know so no chance of name confusion. But I'm not sure I sit . comfortably with my angel possibly having 2 siblings with the same name.
Am I thinking too deeply or would this deter you from using this name

I can't really say whether it would be an issue for me, but the important thing is that you feel comfortable & happy with the name. I don't think you would be at all unreasonable to veto it if you're not.
