Short boys name....

Eeek I hate picking names.. Hubby vetoes everything while only suggestion crap like chewbacca...
Finding it especially tricky as this is baby number 3 and our selection has narrowed somewhat as lots of our dcs friends have lovely names..
We have a 3 syllable surname beginning with R so thought a short first name would be nice. Dd is Ivy.
Ds is Ozzy
Like names like that aren't top 10 (Ivy wasn't so popular when we picked it 8 years ago) but nothing too American sounding/out there.
Thank you! X

Wow 2 suggestions of Roy? Have I missed something?!
I feel that my ds's name of Ozzy is swaying the suggestions. He is Oscar but gets Ozzy as his sis is deaf and can't say her c's yet. We're not as rock and roll as I may have been portraying ;)

I quite like Scot! I have a particularly annoying cousin with the same name so he has tainted it somewhat..
Some great suggestions so far, thanks you!

I have an Arron - not particularly common but definitely not strange either Grin

wherehavemyboobsgone · 01/04/2015 18:59

I really like arron however we have 3 r's in our surname so don't know if it would be a bit r heavy?! Do you have any other kids with such nice names?!

Writerwannabe83 · 01/04/2015 19:43

I see your point Smile

Arron is our first. I let my DH name him as I had absolutely no idea what to call him Grin

Artandco · 01/04/2015 19:46

Arron is usually spelt Aaron though isn't it?
