Please help. We've found out we' re having a girl this time and had Charlotte as our favourite girks name first time round when we had a boy so first name sorted. However really struggling with a good middle name that flows with Charlotte and Charlie, we have a long surname ending in n so didn't want anything too long or also ending in n. I've trawled the internet for a good funky yet not too weird name that is a good telling off name I'd be happy to shout in a play barn but have drawn a total blank, any suggestions warmly welcomed!!

Maybe something short with the long ish first name.

Joy, Eve, Rose?

CCL1967 · 09/03/2015 15:27

I have a Charlotte, and she is Anne .

If you are struggling then give none! Is a middle name even necessary if the Christian name and surname are both long?

FunkyPeacock · 09/03/2015 15:38

Alexandra?

momb · 09/03/2015 15:39

Ann would be my first thought. Gorgeous combination.

Yes, I know Evangeline is sooooo loooong but put with Charlotte it is a fab 'Sunday Best' telling off name. Try it...

Charlotte Evangeline!

Madeleine
classy !
My friend has a Charlotte Marie.
That's nice as well

treaclesoda · 09/03/2015 16:07

Something with one syllable would flow quite nicely

Grace
Eve
Elle

treaclesoda · 09/03/2015 16:09

I didn't mean to put Elle actually. Was typing Ellen, which I think goes nicely with Charlotte then realised I had suggested one syllable names, stopped to think, hit post by accident! But Elle could work too I suppose!

Frances

JimmyCorkhill · 09/03/2015 20:43

Has to be Louise. The law of the 70's says so. Charlie-Lou.
