Lc1979 · 19/02/2015 22:22

I'm due dc4 in sep. I have 3 daughters and I'm pretty sure this will be dd4 Grin

I've been looking at names and I quite like the idea of names ending in a consonant.that's not set in stone though) Dd1 ends in a, dd2 and dd3 end in ie (

See my list below:

Jed
Margo
Delta
Ellery
Rina
Renee nn ren
Paige
Cassia
Dulcie
Cleo
Juno
Elliott
Beatrix nn bea

If I do have a boy he will be called vinnie

Would love your opinions and any other suggestions SmileSmile

Jed & Elliott are boys names to me really.

A few more ideas;

Delphi
Marcie
Amber
Jenna

And I think Margo should have a t on the end shouldn't it? Margot.

Sophronia · 19/02/2015 23:23

I like Margo (prefer Margot), Cassia and Beatrix.

My OH ' s mum has a friend called Lyrie (pronounced Liree) which I think is pretty. Not short for anything.

I love the name Margot, but it should definitely have a t on the end.

Jed - this is a boys name, no?
Margo(t) - like it
Delta - not really keen..makes me think of geography, Latin, or Delta goodram
Ellery - not heard this before but I really like it. Pretty but not too girly (it's unisex, right?) and unusual without being weird
Rina - sounds medical
Renee nn ren - not very keen and pronunciation might be an issue
Paige - too American for me
Cassia - ok
Dulcie - ok but a bit cutesy
Cleo - like it a lot
Juno - again, like it a lot
Elliott - for me this is a boys name (I know it's unisex but...)
Beatrix nn Bea - love this and would use it myself if I could

StoneFoxMama · 20/02/2015 12:55

Margot, juno and Clio are beautiful

Jed - 100% boys' name to me
Margo - not keen at all
Delta - is this a name? Reasonably pretty
Ellery - quite like this but never heard it before
Rina - not keen
Renee nn ren - really don't like this
Paige - it's ok
Cassia - really like it
Dulcie - really like it
Cleo - like it
Juno - like it
Elliott - I would assume boy but do like it for a girl
Beatrix nn bea - not keen. Prefer Beatrice.

Jed, Ellery and Elliot I would put down as boys' names.

My favourites are Juno, Beatrix, and Margot. They're gorgeous! Cassia and Dulcie are both very pretty too. Not keen on Rina or Delta.

I love the suggestion of Delphi too.
