My DS is due anyday now and we have no name, how is this possible?!

DH is called Jason. I love Jenson and Jackson which don't go with DH name atol.

Oscar and Harrison are options. Although we just can't decide!!

Middle name is James.

Any inspiration will be gratefully received!!

I love Oscar. It seems to be very popular but that wouldn't put me off. Please don't call him Jenson!

If you're English, I love classic English boys names: Matthew, Benjamin, Thomas, William. What about Felix? My dd1 would have been Felix.

Fattycow · 12/02/2015 23:05

Oscar

SarahB1083 · 12/02/2015 23:10

We live in Scotland. I love Benjamin. I wanted a scottish name originally however most of our friends have used our favourites!

One of my favourite Irish names is Lorcan, am I right in thinking it's considered (or is) Scottish too? Any of your friends it?

SarahB1083 · 12/02/2015 23:22

Lorcan? No - a new one on me! Isit pronounced as it is spelt?

AlfAlf · 12/02/2015 23:28

Yes, well sort of Lorr - cun :) it's Gaelic for sure, I might have been thinking of Lachlan being Scottish!
I know a little boy here (Ireland) called Cuan, Gaelic for for harbour I think. Pronounced coo-un.

Duncan, Rory, Mungo are good.

BlueStarsAtNight · 12/02/2015 23:32

My favourite Scottish names are Angus and Fraser. I also really like Oscar. What's your surname like?

AlfAlf · 12/02/2015 23:52

Yy, Fraser is lovely.

I came back to suggest Ciaran. Goes well with James too. I may be getting carried away with the Irish names

Pico2 · 13/02/2015 00:03

Rowan?

ScaryChicken · 13/02/2015 02:24

Rowan or Peter

Littleturkish · 13/02/2015 03:34

Love Peter

SarahB1083 · 13/02/2015 07:39

Our surname is Wilkie. Not keen on Peter. :(
