Caleb or Flynn?

I am due tomorrow and DH and I have still not agreed in a name! We like both these names with my preference being Caleb and DH liking Flynn more. We already have a son called Elliott.

I like a name which you can shorten, so Caleb would be Cal (or Cub while he is a baby) but you can't really shorten Flynn.

Which do you prefer?

That is exactly where I first saw it and I always said when I was growing up that I would name my son Caleb! I'm not sure why we didn't name ds1 that, I think we just fell in love with Elliott.

I just think I need to convince DH to go with Caleb rather than Flynn.

I have a Caleb. It was a name we liked if dd1 was a boy and that was 9yrs ago then DD2 came along and we still liked Caleb if she had been a boy. Our Caleb is now just over 1. We couldn't think of any other name we both liked so stuck with Caleb and it's not heard of as much although there are 2 in my daughters school now. We do get asked how you spell and pronounce it but not very often.
I remember seeing it on the OC and also a friends son was called the same. It can be shortened to 'cal'.

Caleb won! I made an executive decision whilst lying in the theatre after a massive blood loss and thought I deserved final say! He is absolutely adorable

We have already had a couple of mispronunciations and one wrong spelling (with a K) so far!
