If I like Amelia...

What other names would you suggest? I know Amelia's a hugely popular name but I really like it, especially with the nn Millie. But I can't use it because of similar names already in the family.

Which other names do you think are along similar lines? We have a one syllable surname so it would need to be something quite long.

I prefer Emilia to Amelia as it has no medical connotations. I would avoid both as far too popular.
