Esme, Esmé or Esmée

We have decided to call our little girl Rosie Esme. There seems to be confusion on the pronunciation of Esme, the name is after a family member who pronounced it Ez-mee. We would like it pronounced Ez-may to go with Rosie. Any ideas?

I have an Esmé (esmay) but @ times out of 10 im lazy when writing so she generally gets Esme.

Never known Esme as anything other than Es-mee

I have an Esme and we say it Es-me. I also know an Esmee that says it the same as I do.

I know someone who uses the other pronunciation but have no idea how she spells it.
