Hi does anyone know if Lana is a popular name? Also opinions on the name please. Thank you :)

Would you pronounce it Lahna or Layna?

I only know of one - a 4 month old. Not sure if I like it or not, but if you like it go for it!

I like it but it's anal backwards... Might be awkward when playing the 'what is your name backwards' game. Shame as it's really pretty and not ordinary!

My cousin's name in Lana and I think it's beautiful! We're considering it for a middle name if we have a girl. I don't think it's particularly popular, but I know a few adults with the name, apart from my cousin.

I like it and just think of Lana del Rey.

I know three (!). And nobody ever called the Lana I went to school with 'anal'.

I know an adult one, she is rather dull.
