Like it but am aware that it might be a bit "too much".

What do you think?

My 17 year old niece is Evangeline, named after the House of Cards character. Never met another. She is beautiful and kooky, popular and kind so the name only means good things to me.
She's always gone by Evi, but more recently has been answering to Eve which seems utterly cool on a teen!

I only like Meredith from your list.

The others feel a bit wishy washy.

Evangeline is a pretty name, but the suffragette Pankhursts were Emmeline, Christabel Harriette, Estelle Sylvia, Adela Constantia Mary ...

LOVE it!!

I love this name. I have loved it since the House of Eliot (BBC drama from years ago) and toying with using it for DC1 if we have a girl.

I think it would mainly turn into a nn tho...

I know a little Evangeline, people call her Eva. For some reason, people (including her parents) find it hard to remember how to spell it.

There's a country song 'Evangaline' Emmie Lou Harris and the Band I think, that's what comes to my mind
