Really, really over thinking it. Generally, if the initials are not BUM or ASS you're ok. That said, i did have to give up a favourite name combo when DH pointed out the initials spell TWAT. I decided that actually, Andrew wasn't quite so vital to the flow!

Winston Chruchill managed to survive with WC initials.
