Unusual as in they practically don't minded a surname.

Any inspiration?

I know a Tialie. Her sister also had a name that was quite pretty sounding but made up by her parents. The girls hated it.

I've only ever come across one Merridy and one Marisa, one Moana, Sabrina, Guinevere, Brielle.

For a v long time I only knew one Tamsin but then I met another one with the same surname!!

Ramona or Paloma are different but nice.

Unfashionable names? Kylie? Sharon? Kristy? Kimberley?

Just please don't go for a normal name with a kookie spelling. Please!

You want to look at the full ONS spreadsheet (second link on this page) and look at tab 6 which has the top 5700 names from last year.

The ones down the bottom of the table should be pretty unusual or misspellingsSmile

There were 3 baby girls called Reem born in Scotland last year!!

Reem is a perfectly normal Arabic name.

Behind the name allows you to create name lists and then see the popularity of it in your country. I use it for writing stuff these days, but for fun I picked the ones most 'real life' names that don't have a popularity marker for England/Wales.

Abeni, Adalet, Adora, Alethea, Amerie, Amika, Aveline/Avelina, Audrea, Audra
Azura, Bettina, Breeshey, Caelia, Calanthe/Calanthia, Cedar, Ceres, Channary, Clarity, Cyra, Dascha, Dayana, Haidee, Halina, Hettie, Ianthe, Justica, Integra, Kelda, Kelia, Kelila, Leandra, Liviana, Luana, Lumi, Lusine, Lysandra, Maiara, Maura, Mercia, Merita, Mirabelle, Olivine, Panthea, Reina, Roxana, Ruba, Sakina, Selene, Sephina, Silva/Silvie/Silvia, Sojourner, Taina,
